The Hub is a high quality, serviced office space, with private kitchen and toilet facilities, between Old Street, Hoxton and Shoreditch. We can comfortably accommodate 20-30 work stations across 1000sqft of open plan and private office space.

What makes us different from other serviced offices is we’re also a charity which means you’ll be supporting HYELM in improving the lives of key workers and young people new to working and living in London.

HYELM is a friendly, informal, not-for-profit landlord. We support young working people who can’t afford to rent or buy privately by offering convenient and quality accommodation in great London locations.
